   Hi I have a Daitem D5131 mains hand set and it will not open the gates.
   The handset does not light up.  If you fiddle with the handset it will stay alight for a few seconds and then goes off.  The handset is plugged into the mains.   If anyone pushes the door phone button on the unit which is next to the gates and speaks into the intercom this does not work.
