   dear sir, I am looking for an engineer to repair my daitum wireless bell one handset model SC100 AU E 13481C6WO7E
   . It was purchased and installed in 2014. I cannot hear it ring and the engineer that installed it was out of his depth. We have tried to follow the manual ourselves.
   Please advise
