   Dear Sirs,
   I have a problem with my Gates which were purchased from your selves by the previous owners of Woodland.  They did not leave me any documentation.  Only one of the gates open they are also the wrong way round.
   I obviously need to override them inorder for us to actually leave our property.  To narrow a space to get a car out or in.
